Our sheet wax is self-adhesive and 1.5mm in depth. Place in mould for calibration before spraying silicone vacuum membrane to represent the desired part thickness. Each sheet has an exact thickness, with strict tolerances, and retains it’s thickness effectively when moulded around the contours of your composites mould.
