Revolutionary Heating Technology for EVs and Hybrids
The High Voltage Coolant Heater (HVH) by New NanFeng Group delivers unmatched efficiency in converting DC electrical energy into thermal energy with near-zero losses. Featuring an ultra-thin heating layer fused to the heat exchanger, the HVH maximizes contact area for rapid heat transfer, achieving:
l Ultrafast Warm-Up
l Precision Temperature Control
l 98%+ Energy Efficiency
Key Benefits:
l Extended Driving Range: Optimized battery usage ensures longer trips without compromising comfort.
l Compact Design: Minimal footprint for seamless integration into diverse vehicle architectures.
l Battery Conditioning: Maintains ideal battery temperature for performance and longevity.
l Scalable Solutions: Customizable control interfaces (CAN/PWM/Step Control) to meet OEM specifications.
Technical Highlights:
l Power Range: 5–30 kW (supports up to 800 VDC systems for commercial vehicles, LCVs, and heavy machinery).
l Certified Safety: IP67/IP6K9K ingress protection, E-Mark, and EMC compliance.
l Robust Reliability: 720-hour salt spray resistance, >500 hours dry-burn endurance.
Working Principle
The HVH utilizes high-pressure PTC elements paired with advanced IGBT/PWM controllers to enable stepwise or continuous power modulation. Heat is transferred via a circulating coolant medium (50% water + 50% ethylene glycol), ensuring uniform thermal distribution across vehicle systems.
Applications
Ideal for:
l Electric buses, coaches, and public transit
l Hybrid and battery-electric trucks
l Construction machinery and logistics vehicles
