Solera has a wide thermoforming machines park to produce every inner and external plastic component for public transport vehicles, like dashboards,  wall and roof panels, window panels, dividers, ceiling elements, front and rear bumpers, wheelarcs and side liners.

The thermoformed materials used by the Solera-Thermoform Group have been developed for use in the transport field and are completely recyclable, respecting the environment as well as safety standards.

A wide palette of colors, textures, UV filters, flame-retardant or halogen-free plastics allow you to customize each inside or external component.

Solera is equipped to thermoform large plastic plates up to 4000 mm x 2500 mm x 900 mm but also to build twin sheet panels heat-sealed without the use of chemical adhesives. This is a unique technology that combined with the use of 100% recyclable plastics allows for fantastic achievements in the circular environmental economy.

Easy to assemble: Solera offers pre-assembled plastic components on request in order to speed up the assembly operations in line with great saving in final costs.
