Under the leadership of the company founder Şükrü KAYAOĞLU, Plz Safety Belts has become the first domestic company to produce "5 Points Belts" for the Defense Industry and "Wheelchair Restraint System" for disabled passengers in a short time, and has been developing innovative products and ideas with its 12 years of experience. Since 01.04.2024 , Plz has been continued production on its new adress and plant became a group company with a stronger and more innovative with its new company team members, and established its new brand "FELSENSOHN" The copyrights and trademark registration of the Palaz Safety Belts brand belogs to the FELSENSOHN group campany . Palaz Safety Belts will go on production as a Palaz Safety Belts,too .

Plz Emniyet Kemerleri 2013 yılında Bursa da kurulmuştur. Şirket kurucusu Şükrü KAYAOĞLU liderliğinde Plz Safety Belts kısa bir sürede Savunma Sanayi için "5 Noktalı kemerler" ve Engelli yolcular için "Tekerlekli Sandalye Sabitleme Sistemi " üretimi yapan ilk yerli firma olmanın gururunu, 12 Yıllık deneyimi ile yenilikçi ürünler ve fikirler ile geliştirmektedir. 01.04.2024 tarihinden itibaren Palaz yeni adresinde yeni takım arkadaşları ile birlikte kendi başına üretime devam etmiş , grup şirketi olarak “FELSENSOHN” markasını ve şirketini kurmuştur. Palaz Safety Belts şirketinin telif hakları ve marka tescili PLZ & FELSENSOHN grup şirketi bünyesinde olup ticari faaliyetlerine "Palaz Safety Belts" olarak da devam edecektir.
